A case has been registered against Yash Dayal in Jaipur based on the woman’s allegations of sexual assault. This development follows a previous complaint filed against the cricketer by a woman in Ghaziabad.
The woman from Ghaziabad had previously accused the fast bowler of physical and mental abuse during their five-year relationship. She also alleged that Dayal had financially exploited her after promising marriage.
The new allegations in Jaipur add to the serious legal challenges facing the cricketer. Investigations are reportedly underway in both cases.
