Forget incels, meet ‘femcels’ – the generation embracing ‘toxic femininity’

They identify as ‘femcels’ – a female spin on involuntary celibate men, who worship at the altar of ‘Gone Girl’ and valourise sociopathy. But is this very online way of life a worthy pushback to regressive ideas of femininity, or just another way to make women feel bad about themselves, asks Roisin Lanigan
