
Rangers, police arrest two most-wanted suspects from Karachi
KARACHI: Pakistan Rangers and Sindh police apprehended two most-wanted suspects from Saudabad and near Karachi Airport in a joint intelligence-based operation(IBO) on Monday.
The arrested individuals have been identified as Muhammad Shehab Khan alias Kara and Mansoor Alam alias Charkat, both of whom are affiliated with the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-London (MQM-London).
According to a Rangers spokesperson, suspects are allegedly involved in multiple cases of drug trafficking, robbery, and street crimes. Authorities recovered a motorized rickshaw, two mobile phones, and cash from their possession.
The spokesperson added that both individuals are habitual criminals and have previously been arrested multiple times by police and security forces.
During initial interrogation, Mansoor Alam confessed to engaging in wall chalking, banner installations, and collecting donations and Fitrana on behalf of the party.
Further investigations are underway.
