Jimmy Kimmel announces major Jimmy Kimmel Live! return

Jimmy Kimmel is heading back to Brooklyn!

The Jimmy Kimmel Live! is set to return to New York City for a special week of broadcasts this fall, with the host taking his ate-night show to the Brooklyn Academy of Music’s Howard Gilman Opera House from September 28 through October 2, according to People Magazine.

It is pertinent to mention that the upcoming run will mark the seventh time Kimmel has brought his show to Brooklyn, giving fans another chance to see the comedian perform in front of a live hometown audience.

As per the outlet, the dates have been confirmed but the celebrity lineup remains under wraps for now.

Previous Brooklyn broadcasts have featured some of Hollywood and music’s biggest names, including Jay-Z, Howard Stern, Chris Rock, John Krasinski, David Letterman, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Tracy Morgan and Alicia Keys.

Last year, Jimmy Kimmel’s Brooklyn shows welcomed Stephen Colbert, Emily Blunt and Tom Hanks, setting a high bar for this year’s guest lineup.

Notably, the announcement comes just after Jimmy Kimmel Live! celebrated its 4,000th episode on September 8, 2026. The also recently returned to the show following a nearly three-month summer break.
