John Lennon would have been over the moon as the late musician has officially become a granddad.
The late Beatles member’s youngest son, Sean Ono Lennon, took to social media on Wednesday to make the announcement that he has stepped into the new chapter of fatherhood.
Sean revealed that he has welcomed his first kid, a baby boy, with his girlfriend Charlotte Kemp Muhl.
He gushingly wrote on his social that he and his partner “created a Human Bean!”
Revealing his little bundle of joy’s name, Sean continued, “His name is Aurelius!”
“Thank you!” he added.
Along with the thrilling post, Sean also shared a heartwarming picture of his newborn baby along with the newly minted mother.
In the snap, the baby boy can be seen cozied up in Sean’s embrace, and the doting mother, Charlotte, softly put her hand on the little one’s feet.
Sean also shared an insight into her girlfriend Charlotte and the newborn’s sweet moment after birth.
In the picture, the baby boy was nestled on Charlotte’s chest while she was lying on a hospital bed.
For those unversed, John Lennon, who was assassinated in 1980, is the father of two sons: Julian Charles John, whom he welcomed with ex wife and welcomed his youngest son Sean with his widow, Yoko Ono.
