Streamer HMBLZAYY completes 3,000-mile charity walk across US after 124 days

The cross-country journey from Philadelphia to California began in March 2026 and concluded on July 27

Streamer HMBLZAYY has completed a 3,000-mile walk from Philadelphia to California after spending 124 days on the road, raising nearly $200,000 to help create new educational opportunities for underserved young people.

The cross-country journey began in March 2026 and concluded on July 27 after months of travelling on foot across the United States.

During the walk, HMBLZAYY crossed mountain ranges, endured extreme desert temperatures and navigated hazardous stretches of road.

He also survived being struck by two separate vehicles, including an incident in Indiana that resulted in a hospital stay.

His route took him over Colorado’s Wolf Creek Summit, which stands at an elevation of 10,856 feet, and through remote communities and challenging terrain that tested his physical and mental endurance.

Throughout the journey, supporters followed his daily progress online as he made his way towards the West Coast.

Reflecting on the achievement after reaching California, HMBLZAYY said: “3000 miles on foot through the desert, through the mountains, through the sundown towns. Get hit by two cars. Anything is possible. God used me as a vessel to show the world, to show the youth that anything is possible. When they laugh at you, when they tell you that you can’t do something, you gotta believe in yourself”.

The fundraiser will support the planned launch of HMBL University and HMBL Summer Camp, initiatives aimed at providing trade-focused education and career preparation for underserved teenagers and recent school leavers who may not have access to a traditional four-year college education.

The idea is rooted in HMBLZAYY’s own experience after leaving college because he could no longer afford tuition.

The walk was intended not only as a physical challenge but also as a campaign to inspire young people and create alternative educational pathways through practical skills training.
