RIYADH: Saudi authorities said the sermon delivered during this year’s Hajj will be broadcast with translations in 35 major languages spoken around the world.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah said the initiative aims to ensure that millions of pilgrims and global audiences can better understand the message of the sermon in an accessible and effective way.
According to the ministry, the sermon will be translated and broadcast live in several international languages, including English, French, Indonesian, Turkish, Persian, Russian, and Chinese. For Pakistani pilgrims, it will also be available in Urdu as well as regional languages such as Punjabi and Pashto.
Officials said modern technology and digital platforms will be used to deliver the sermon to audiences worldwide, allowing more Muslims to benefit from its spiritual message.
Experts say the multilingual broadcast will play an important role in promoting the message of Hajj and Islamic teachings at an international level.

Notably, cresent moon also sighted across Pakistan.
