Jack Osbourne took aim at celebrities who share their political views, telling them to “shut the f*** up.”
The son of late rocker Ozzy Osbourne and TV personality Sharon Osbourne said that celebrities should stick to being entertainers.
Jack and Sharon were in Washington on Friday, May 15, as Indiana GOP Rep. Victoria Spartz entered Ozzy’s biography into the Congressional Record.
Afterwards, a TMZ reporter asked the pair, “Are you guys political at all?”
To which, jack responded, “You know what, I think celebrities just need to keep their mouth shut. Make entertainment. Entertain the people. Shut the f*** up.”
The news reporter then asked him, “Don’t you think if you have a platform, and you got like a big opinion, you should maybe use your platform to change hearts and minds, maybe?”
Jack replied, “Then be a politician, don’t be an entertainer.”
When the TV personality was asked if he would one day become a politician, Jack answered, “No!”
For those unversed, Jack’s father, Ozzy, died on July 22, 2025, due to a cardiac arrest. He was 76.
“It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time,” the Osbourne family penned in its statement at that time.
