Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt reportedly split five months after birth of daughter

Insiders confirmed the split had taken place recently, adding that both are now focused on co-parenting their daughter

Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt have officially ended their relationship just five months after the birth of their daughter, Scottie Rose, according to exclusive reporting by The US Sun.

Insiders cited by the publication said the couple’s difficulties began to intensify following the arrival of their child in December 2025, with conflicting schedules and parenting pressures contributing to the breakdown of their relationship.

“Pete has been traveling so much for work, but Elsie was craving more support from him at home after their daughter was born,” one source said. “It was very hard for him because, obviously, he has to work to make money.”

Another insider confirmed the split had taken place recently, adding that both are now focused on co-parenting their daughter. “They are just focusing 100% on Scottie. Working out the best co-parenting solution is their top priority,” the source said.

The breakup comes during a period of heavy professional commitments for Davidson, who has recently been travelling for work, including appearances at a Netflix comedy event in Los Angeles and a celebrity roast in early May 2026.

Meanwhile, Hewitt appeared to spend Mother’s Day alone, later sharing a social media post reflecting on the challenges of new parenthood. In an Instagram Story, she wrote, “When you finally get screaming baby down for a nap and you exhale and sit with yourself for a sec and realize you haven’t breathed for an hour or peed all day. The silence is deafening.”

The couple’s relationship timeline included a rapid series of milestones, from going public in early 2025 to the birth of their daughter in December. Despite initially appearing stable, sources claim tensions increased during pregnancy and continued after childbirth.

Both Davidson and Hewitt are now expected to prioritise co-parenting arrangements as they move forward separately.
