Karachi matric exams postponed to April 10

The Board of Secondary Education Karachi has postponed the matriculation examinations, which were earlier planned to start on April 7, and will now begin from April 10.

The alliance of private schools said the delay happened because admit cards were not issued on time. They had requested the board to reschedule the exams, pointing out that preparations were incomplete.

According to the alliance, examination centers had not been finalized and students had not received their admit cards, creating uncertainty before the exams. They also claimed that exam materials had not yet been delivered and several arrangements were still pending.

On the other hand, a spokesperson for the board said that all preparations had been completed and admit cards were already available on the official website. The spokesperson also said that admit cards for private candidates had been sent to their home addresses.
