The update came a day after the singer cut short her performance at the Unipol Forum near Milan on March 24. During the show, Rosalía addressed the audience directly, explaining that she had been unwell throughout the evening.
“I tried to do this show since the beginning. I’ve been sick. I’ve had big-time food poisoning, and I’ve tried to push it till the end, but I’m feeling extremely sick. I’m puking out there,” she said in a fan-recorded video shared on TikTok. “I really want to give the best show, and I’m, like, in the floor doing my best. I might try to keep going, but maybe at some point I have to stop.”
ROSALÍA interrupts her show in Milan and cancels it after not feeling well. It is the first time in her career that she cancels a performance due to health reasons.

Despite attempting to continue, she acknowledged the difficulty of performing under those conditions. “I really want you to have the best experience. This is pretty tough for me to go on like this and say this. I’ve never experienced this before; I’ve never been in this situation. And I’m really trying. I’m pushing as much as I can,” she said. “But I think we might have to stop if I really physically can’t keep going. I’m in pain. So I’ll do my best.”
Rosalía later returned briefly to apologise to fans, saying, “I love you so much, and I hope I can come back in better conditions.”
The singer began her Lux arena tour in France on March 16 and is scheduled to perform next in Madrid on March 30, with multiple dates planned at the Movistar Arena through early April.
