Balochistan: Pakistan’s security forces have successfully stopped a major terrorist infiltration attempt at the Pak-Afghan border. During an intelligence-based operation in the Sambaza area of Zhob district, 33 terrorists linked to India-backed networks were killed.

According to the ISPR (Inter-Services Public Relations), the operation took place on the night between August 7 and 8, when the movement of a large group of militants was detected near the border.

These terrorists were part of an Indian proxy group known as “Fitna al-Khawarij” and were trying to cross into Pakistan from Afghanistan. Thanks to a quick and effective response by the security forces, the attempt was completely foiled.

A heavy exchange of fire took place, and 33 terrorists were eliminated. Weapons, ammunition, and explosives were also recovered from their possession.

After the operation, a thorough clearance and sanitization of the area began to remove any remaining threats.

The ISPR stated that Pakistan’s security forces are fully committed to defending the country and will continue operations until all threats, especially those supported by India, are eliminated. The statement added that all such conspiracies will be crushed at every level.
