So, here are a few simple yoga poses that can provide relief from knee pain.

Sethu Bandhasana(Bridge Pose)

Sethu Bandhasana, or Bridge Pose, is a great yoga practice for strengthening the muscles around the knee joint. It helps improve flexibility and relieves knee pain by engaging the entire body.

To do this pose:

  • Start by lying on your back with your arms at your sides.
  • Inhale and lift your hips off the ground, putting pressing on your hands and shoulders.

To do this pose:

  • Start by standing with your feet hip-width apart.
  • Step your left foot back and bend your right knee while keeping the back leg straight.
  • Raise your arms to shoulder height, extending your right arm forward and your left arm back.
  • Hold this position for about 10 seconds keeping a steady, deep breath.
