23 areas declared hotspots for encroachment in Lahore.

LAHORE: In a meeting chaired by Commissioner Lahore Muhammad Ali Randhawa and CCPO Lahore Bilal Siddique Kamiana, a plan was prepared on the anti-encroachment crackdown strategy. Administrator MCL&DC Lahore Rafia Haider and DIG Operations Lahore Ali Nasir Rizvi participated. Preparations for anti-encroachment operations have been completed for the flow of traffic in the city on the instructions of the caretaker Chief Minister of Punjab. Commissioner Lahore said that Caretaker CM Punjab has extended the start of operation from Tuesday to Wednesday .He said to take all Anjuman traders into confidence Give a clear message for anti-encroachment. Commissioner Lahore was told in the briefing that the district administration and police administration have held meetings with traders’ organizations at the town level and at the SHO level. Commissioner Lahore said that 23 points have been declared as hotspots for encroachment in the city, on which intensive operations will be conducted. CCPO Lahore Bilal Siddique Kamiana said that there will be an indiscriminate anti-encroachment operation across the city from Wednesday Anti-encroachment teams will be accompanied by heavy police presence. CCPO Lahore said that according to the government instructions, there is full publicity for the operation. There will be arrests for interference. Commissioner Lahore Muhammad Ali Randhawa said that temporary and permanent encroachments will be removed. Violations will not be tolerated. Commissioner Lahore said that District Administration, Lahore Police, MCL, LDA, Traffic Police, Lepark teams will participate in the anti-encroachment operation. All the ACs, Police Officers, MCLMOs, LDA Directors, Traffic Police Officers and officers of other departments participated in the meeting.
